By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Sydney, September 15. { The Tennis Association considered the English Association's decision mot to send a team to compete for the Davis Cup unless a reasonable guarantee was forthcoming, and decided that' I no' guarantee be given. A cable will be sent to the English Association to this effect,; also informing the 'association that the previous offer to arrange marches in addition to the Davis Cup, 'lnd to allow the English Association half profits in these matches, was still open. y I^^^^^^_
