Melbourne, September 14. The Assembly agreed to appoint a Wages Board for coal miners. QUEENSLAND RAILWAYS. Brisbane, September 14. The railway revenue for the year ended June 30 was £2,338,468, an increase of £235,349. The percentage of revenue upon capital expended was £3 15s lid, a shilling more than in the previous year.
