PROPOSED TOPING OUT OF STATE PARLIAMENTS. Melbourne, September 14. Federal Ministers deny the persistent rumours of dissensions in the Cabinet. The Senate adjourned the debate on tihe amendment by Senator Givens to reduce the vote towards the Federal capital by £l. This is an attempt to throw out the Yass-Camberra site in favour of another. It is expected the voting will be very close. In the House of Representatives a Bill was introduced by Mr. Bamford providing for the division of the Commonwealth into sixteen provinces, each province to return three senators and six members of the Lower House, in place of State Parliaments.
