Perth, September 13.

The police report that five lubras and two men were killed in the Laverton raid. On the breast of a dead luibra a live infant was found.

THE POLICE '•DISPERSE" THEM.

Received September 14, 12.30 a.m. Perth, September 13.

At the native massacre at Laverton the police report three additional deaths. The murderers have been "dispersed."

"Dispersed" is official language for the effects of a police punitive expedition.
