TEA ROOMS BURNED. Bv Telegraph. —Press Association. Invercargill, Last Night. The Waratah Tea Rooms, Esk street, were gutted by fire on Saturday night. Mrs. Young, owner, escaped with her family in night attire. Mrs. Young was insured for £-250 in the Now Zealand office. Lillicrap and ugh ton's stock next door was damaged by smoke. It was insured for £2040 in various offices. The Dresden Piano Co., in the same building, suffered slight damage from smoke. The building was owned by Robert Erskine and insured for .€2OO in the Norwich Union and £SOO in the Royal Exchange.
