CRIPPEN AND LE NEVE
CONFLICTING EVIDENCE. By Cable —Press Association —Copyright. London, September 8. Evidence was given at the' murder trial of the purchase by Crippen of hyoscine in the name of Munyon and Co., and of his conflicting stories relating to his wife's disappearance. Crippen signed a statement made to Inspector Dew, alleigiing that after his marriage he went to America, and on his return found his wife's manner had changed. He also alleged that she I stated she was fond of another man.
Crippen and Le Neve have been remanded till Wednesday.
