(From Our Own Correspondent.) Constable Lapouple yesterday arrested a man named Bailey on a charge of stealing some clothing from the Club Hotel. The Waitara Dairy Company's annual meeting takes place to-day. t The usual monthly meeting of the Borough Council will be held to-night. The North Taranaki Dairy Company's annual meeting was held yesterday, Mr. Elliot presiding. The balance-sheet, showing a balance of £ 1057 3s 5d for distribution, was adopted. The Waitara and North Taranaki Dairy companies will have in two days distributed over £2300 in bonuses.
