TERRIBLE MORTALITY IN RUSSIA. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. London, September 5. There were 6423 fresh cases of cholera reported during the week in twentyfour provinces of Russia, with 3244 deaths. Twenty-one fresh cases occurred in Italy, eighteen with fatal results. The second patient at Spandau, in Prussia, has succumbed.
