- THE COURSE OF INSTRUCTION. By .Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright Melbourne, September 6. The course of instruction in the Military College will extend over four years. The subjects will be strategy, military history, geography, tactics, military engineering, mechanical drawing, map drawing, surveying, artillery, military law and administration, different drills and civil subjects. Cadets will not be allowed to drink intoxicants or to introduce drink to the college. Gambling and cigarettes will be prohibited. Cadets will require permission to enter a hotel or place of amusemnet.
