What i.s known as the New Zealand Airship Development Company, Ltd., is being formed at Waihi for the purpose of acquiring the rights to an airship on the heavier-than-air principle. The in- ' ventor is Mr. Horace MVrgrove, of Takapuna, master mariner. A working model is to he constructed in readiness for a trial a few months hence.
