He was caught in violent eddies and nearly capsized, but recovered control and alighted on level ground, where he was found still seated syid dazed, but otherwise uninjured. Bielovucci aeroplaned from Paris to Bordeaux with three stoppages for petrol, his net time being 7% hours. lielene Dutrieu, a French woman, flew a record height and distance with a passenger from Blankenbergh to Bruges and back, reaching a height of 1250 feet. v Received September 6, 12.30 a.m. London, September 5. Lieutenant ©eddon's tandem biplane was exhibited at Wolverhampton. The area of the planes aggregate a thousand feet and the engines are 100 h.p. The machine carries six persons.
