THE MOTUROA FIELD. The manager of the Taranaki Petroleum Company reports that there are now 1502 feet of 8-inch casing in No. 1 bore, and 1400 feet df 4-inch casing in No. 8 bore. He hopes to have the balance in No. 3 bore toy noon on Friday. During the month of August 204 people signed the visitovs' book at the works, including people from England, Scotland, America, Australia, and all parts of the Dominion.
