SUCCESSFUL EMIGRATION METHODS. By CaT>le.—Press London, August 26. The Jewish Colonisation Society reports that it has settled 3490 families in the Argentine, numbering 20,000 souls, who have harvested cereals to the value of 3,686,046 dollars in the year. They are chiefly Roumanian and Russian refugees. The Argentine Government provides free transport from the port of arrival to the interior.
