The premises were closed all day yesterday, and this morning tliß shop will re-open, and the goods will all be found marked down at bed-rock prices. In another column Messrs. H. Collier and Co. are advertising a sale of secondhand pianos, including those ,'by Brinsmead, Broadwood j Hopkinson, etc. They would like to draw intending purchaser's notice to the extremely low prices at which they are offering them. Messrs. Gillies and Dominion Horse Fair will commence on September Ist, Thursday next, and will be continued on Friday and Saturday, 2nd and 3rd inst. Webster Bros, will sell by public auction 011 Thursday next at the Hunt Club Races Mr. Arthur Standish's 4-year-old gelding The Veteran, by Uhlans-Stella.
