DIVORCE COURT
A DEOREE_NISI. j By Telegraph.—Presr Association. Christchurch, Last Night. In divorce, Mr. Justice S'ims to-day granted a decree nisi in the case of Ernest Olds versus Ada Olds. The parties were married in England, then settled in Wanganui. Latterly the petitioner was custodian and swimming instructor, and the respondent lady attendant at the Christchurch Municipal Baths. The decree was granted on the grounds of misconduct. The respondent did not appear.
