AUCKLAND SESSIONS. . * By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. At the Auckland Supreme Court to* day, before the Chief Justice, Win. Patrick Brophy was charged with the theft of £l9 in money from a dwelling at Howick. He was found guilty, and remanded for sentence. Thomas Poulton was found guilty of breaking and entering a dwelling at Mt. Albert, and stealing jewellery, and William John Parker was found guilty on several charges of theft, both being remanded for sentence.
