COURT BEGINS BUSINESS. By Cable. —Press Association.—Copyright (Received August 25, 8.30 p.m. Sydney, August 25. The Industrial Court has held its first sitting. Several employers were fined for working l employees after hours, or paying them less wages than the Industrial Act prescribed. The Chief Railway Commissioner was mulcted in a £2 fine for paying a plumber below the fixed wages.
