Henry (Russell Gaisford, Marion, applied for p, divorce from Ethel • I'amus6 Gaisford, a half-caste, on the grounds of alleged adultery with Sam Bunny, farmer, of Masterton. After evidone* for petitioner, including that of "some Maori women and a couple of motor chafjfeurs, had been heard, his Honour said there was no case to go before a jury. He dismissed the petition with ci»«n «n the highest scale. *
AUCKLAND SESSIONS. Auckland^Last Night.•, The criminal session of"the Supreme' Court was continued to-day before 'the Chief Justice. Thomas Finnegan was found guilty of charges of (1) breaking and entering by day the premises of Stewart Dawson and Co., and stealing therefrom a watch, and (2) wilfully breaking a plate glass window valued at £5.
