CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
LINDSAY COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. In the Police Court to-day, Alfred J. Lindsay was charged, that on the Bth Aujgiist he committed manslaughter, m that he caused the death of John Lewis Sheard, by striking him with his fist. Accused was committed for trial.
