RESENTMENT IN GERMANY. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright London, August 18. The Clan, Ellerman and Harrison lines have formed a new East African combination service, which is strongly resented in Germany, especially with the Union-Castle line starting in September. The situation is aggravated by a dispute with the British lilies respecting Australian passenger rates.
