There are 775 cases of cholera at St. Petersburg. Railway passengers require a medical certificate of disinfection of clothes. A total of 81,000 cases have been certified to August 8, Kharkotf, Katerinosloff, Kherson aud Don claiming 40,000 between them. The greatest distress is amongst orphaned children in the villages.
