Nominates 7s 6d, acceptance 7s 6d. One mile and a-half. Qualification for Hunters.—Raees 1, 2, 4, 0, and 7 are deemed to be for horses that have been regularly hunted with a recognised pack of hounds, and the 'Master's certificate for the season 1910 be produced at the scales. Gentlemen riders only in raosp 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7. * Emergency riders' licenses may be issued on day of races (fee 6») for events. Definition of a Hack.—A hack is a horse which has not at any time pric? to time of entry of nomination won a race of the value of 100 sovs to tke winner, or races of the aggregate value of 250 sovs to the winner. Scratchings.—All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give' notice to that effect to the Secretary one half-hour 'before the official for starting the race. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine, to be imposed by the Stewards, not exceeding 20 sovs, to the Race Fund.
