SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph —Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' summary and forecast Strong westerly winds have prevailed, and changeable weather. High pressure continues in the north, but the barometer fell early on Sunday morning in the south. Present indications are for strong westerly '-winds, veering to southerly after twelve to sixteen hours. Squally and showery breather, probable generally, especially southward of New Plymouth and Castlepoint. The barometer will probably fall ~>«lowly everywhere, but rise fast in the south after ten hours.
