MANGATOKI DAIRY COMPANY. The tenth annual report and balancesheet of the Mangatoki Dairy Company for the past vear, to bo submitted to the annual general meeting of shareholders, to be held on Thursday next, is as follows: —In presenting the tenth annual report and balance-sheet your directors have much pleasure in recording a very successful year's working. After writing off - £Ol4 18s 4d for depreciation, there remain o.:in of £I9OO 7s to' be dealt with. Your directors recommend that a dividend at the rate of five per cent, per annum be paid on all paid-up capital, absorbing £347 3*3, leaving £1553 4s as a final payment pro rata- on all butter-fat supplied by shareholders. The amounts already paid, together with surplus, will give an average, payment of ll.OPoc! per lb. of butter-fat for the year. 'Phe amount of milk received was 24,431,02 1 lbs., yielding 924,9061b5. of butter-fat on an average test of 3.75, producing 479 tons scwt. lqr. 151bs. of commercial butter. All the butter has been pasteiirised, >and has given the greatest satisfaction in the Home as well as the local markets.
