FATAL ACCIDENT. , By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. Smith, who was injured on 'Monday through his motor bicycle getting beyond control, died in the hospital today. AN INSOMNIA SUFFERER. Wellington, Wednesday. I Arthur Hawkins, aged 24, a chemist, formerly of Tarauaki, who took an overdose of nepenthe yesterday, is progressing favourably at the hospital. His body was buried at sea. MINING ACCIDENT. Greymouth, Wednesday. Gus. Rogers, a miner at Paparoa, met with a severe accident by a fall of coal. He was removed to the hospital. INFANT'S BODY FOUND. Christchurch, Last Night. The iliody of an infant was found on the bank of the river Avon this after-j noon very much decomposed.
