Qualification for Hunters.—Races 1, 2, 4, 6, and 7 are deemed to be for horses that have ibeen .regularly hunted with a recognised pack of hounds, and the Mister's certificate for the season 1910 must he produced at the scales. Gentlemen riders only in races 1. 2. 4. 6, and 7. Emergency riders' licenses may be issued on day of races (fee ss) for thieae events. Definition of a Hack.—A hack is a horse which has not at any time prior to time of entry of nomination won a race of the value of 100 sovs t<*> the winner, or races of the aggregate vafoe of 250 sovs to the winner. Seratohings.—All persona intending- to withdraw horses are required to> give notice to that effect to the Secretary one half-hour before tha jofficial time for' starting the race.
