REVOLUTIONARIES SURRENDER. By Cable.—Press Association.— Copyright Teheran, August 8. The Fidais revolutionaries did not surrender their arms in accordance with the proclamation. They seized and entrenched themselves in « garden, which the Government troops surrounded and bombarded with quiekfirers and siege guns. The Fidais, with their leaders, Satarkhan and Bagherbham, then surrenhered.
