To the Editor.,, Sir, —Of your courtesy and clemency please let me write to the 250 heads of families represented in your excellent Central School. For the third of a century I have exercised a special gift to the young, by giving, in some 300 State schools, after dismissal, a short series of brief and vivid object lessons upon the moral virtues—the living Christ as their life's mainspring. Scores of testimonies ihave reached me of the good accomplished, at once or gradually, sub Pip, by this course. In Nelson, Oamaru and other places where ministers give weekly a syllabus course of regular Bible j lessons, my work as a specialist is known, recognised! and welcomed. Their own morning attendances are always increased and interest deepened in their lessons by those who came to see the chemical conjuring, etc., which are a draw to my talks. Having had a taste already, the great majority of the children in the Central are now eagerly asking me to return. It is in the hands of the parents to kindly endorse my application to your committee. Meantime, my own work on the Coast is not neglected.—l am, etc., H. BKADDOCK, Home Missioner, Okato. I
