At the annual meeting of the Rangiora. Presbyterian Church congregation, the Rev. D. J. Steele, who has been pastor of the church for the past, seven yeaxs,. announced that, owing to the unsatisfactory state of his health, he iniended to resign the charge at the sitting of the assembly in November..
