The ease in which the Court of Appeal decided' that Mr. Archer Shee was entitled to have the grounds of the dismissal of his son, recently a cadet at the Naval College, Osborne, submitted to trial by jury, has abruptly concluded, the Admiralty, after resisting a public inquiry, admitting the lad's innocence. He was accused of forging a name and cashing a post office order. His father demanded an official inquiry. % _»
