Sir Wilfrid Laurier at Humboldt appealed to a great audience of American and other foreign settlers to co-operate in making Canada the greatest nation of the Empire. He described the British Bionarchial system as the best in the world. HOSPITAL FUND. Eeceived July 29, Oils' a.m. London, July 28. The hospital fund distributed at the Mansion House yesterday amounted to £63,336, as compared, with £67,000 in 1909. , The decline is due to no legacy having Veen received in the twelve months.
