The Daily Express' Pekin correspondent reports that China h&s decided, if possible, to secure Lord v Kitchener to reorganise the araiy. He has been invited to go on his own terms and in his |own time. QUESTION IN THE HOUSE. London, July 27. In the House, Mr. G. Locker Lampson asked' whether it was not advisable to utilise Lord Kitchener's abilities at the earliest opportunity, in view of the newspaper statement that a foreign Power was inviting»him to reorganise its army.
