STRATFORD DAY BY DAY.
(From Our Owb Correspondent.) Stratford, Last Night. A farewell "social" is to be tendered to the Rev. A. H. Colville by tie parishioners of the Holy Trinity Church on Friday evening. Mr. J. Wildon, who has been employed at Midhirst Dairy Factory, has been appointed .manager of the Toko creamerv.
The pasteurising plant installed by the Midhirst Dairy Company is pronounced bv the Dairy Commissioner to be the mo«t up-to-date plant on the coast. Mr. J. McAllister returned to Stratford last night after a three weeks' trip to Invercargill. Mr. L. 'Robertson, the well-known wrestler, has consented to deliver a series of lectures to the local Druids' Lodge on physical culture.
