In the House of Representatives the Sugar Bounties Bill was discharged from the order-paper. As drafted- it did not* ensure permanency, and another Bill will be introduced. The Arbitration Act Amendment Bill was introduced. It widens the scope of the original Bill in respect to several important matters.
