SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. O. Bates' weather summary and forecast: —The| uneather has been cold in all parts, and very wintry in the southernmost district especially. The barometer has risen slowly everywhere, with moderate to strong south-westerly winds generally. Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds generally,, aad cool and changeable weather. The Sfcrometer will probably rise slowly, southward of East Cape and Kawhia, nQiile little movement is expected elsewhere.
