ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received July 25, 10.40 p.m. Constantinople, July 25. A feature of the celebrations in con nection with the anniversary of tilie constitution was that numerous Turkish women were provided with special accommodation to hear the bands and view the illuminations. Flour hundred prisoners, including thirty Armenians, compromised in the Adana massacres, were pardoned in connection with the celebrations.
