YOUNG WOMAN ARRESTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Saturday. In connection with the outbreaks of fire that occurred on Wednesday- and yesterday in a house in Linwood, owned and occupied by A. 0. Renting, a young woman named Mary Pegley, a cousin of Keating, was'arrested this morning on a charge of incendiarism. She was brought before the Court this afternoon, and was remanded to appear next Friday.
