WELLINGTON MEAT EXPORT 00. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The twenty-first annual report and balance sheet of the Wellington Meat Export Company show the balance at credit of profit and loss account, after ' providing for depreciation, to be £22.110 , 8s -Id, from which has to be deducted the interim dividend paid in December last, leaving available £17,879 15s 4d, ' which the directors recommend should lm dealt with n.s follows, viz.. transfer | to a special reserve for equalisation of i dividends. £0000: transfer to reserve ; fund. £2000: transfer to nsurance reserve. £.1000: payment of further dividend of 4 per cent, (makiii" 8 per cent, for the -ear'), absorbing £4230 13s; payment of bonus of 2 per cent., absorbing C 2115 lis lid: leavincr ti amount to be envred forward of £2533 15s 10d: total, . £17.870 15s 4d.
