SOCIALISTS EXCITED. By Cable.—Press Association. —Copyright Received July 19, 1.40 a.m. London, July 18. The Chronicle's Berlin special correspondent states that the Social Demobecause twenty Socialists, belonging to the Bernstein Modern Wing, helped the Grand Ducal Government to pass and get appointed a deputation to congratulate the Grand Duke on his silver wedding in September.
