(Cornwall) and Mr. Primrose, M.P. (Wisbech), were the speakers, strongly condemned une |«a!teration in the accession declaration. The Noncomfoirniist Parliamentary Committee and the Wesleyan Committee on Privileges and the United Protestant Society have also severally made representations to Government against the new form of declaration.
