The Rosamond, which left Nelson at 1.45 p.m. yesterday, is due early this morning. After discharging she "proceeds to Onehunga, returning here on Satur- . day. THE .ECHO. The auxiliary scow Echo, which re- . cently visited 'New Plymouth, is expected shortly to make a return trip. Discharging operations on the Viganella are now being proceeded with more rapidly.
