Non-observance of this rule renders the nominator liable to a fine of £ 1 or probable disqualification. 3. Nominations, accompanied by the necessary fees, mint be in the Secretary's hands not later than July 6, 1910, and acceptances on or before night of draw (July 12, 1910), at 8 p.m., otherwise they will not be recognised. 4. Nominators must give full name and address when nominating.
