PETROLEUM NEWS.
The directors of the Taranaki Petroleum C'onipanv have invited the Hon. T. Mackenzie. Minister of Agriculture, to visit the oilfields on Thursday morning. No. 2 bore is still flowing very freely.
Mr. Elwin will leave this morning in ehnrse of the petroleum exhibit for the jjominion Show at Hawera. Mr. C. Carter, chairman of directors, will attend the show on Tuesday.
