SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Pres? Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' •weather summary and forecast.—The wind has changed to southerly in most parts of the country, with rain generally, and enow and hail in the south. The barometer has. risen, everywhere, and the present indications are for a further rise. Cold and showery weather 'is probable generally, and snow on the •higher levels, and frosty nights in the south.
