RATES, 1910-1911. pUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given th-'.t the Council of the County of Taranaki intends, at a Meeting to bo held at 2 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 20th day of July, 1910, at the County Office, Queen Street, New Plymouth, to make and levy under the provisions of Sections 117, 118, and 119, "Counties Act, 1908," Sections 48 and 89, "Rating Act, 1905," Section 41, "Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909," General, Separate, and Hospital Rates within the Ridings of the County of Taranaki as particularised hereunder:— MOA RIDING. A General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound and a Hospital Rate of One-twelfth of •a iPenny in the Pound. WAITARA RIDING.—A General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound over the areas of the Waitara West Road District and Henui Road District; a General Rate of Six Farthings in the Pound over the outlying district recently under the jurisdiction of the Egmont Road Board; and a Hospital Rate of One-twelfth of a Penny in the Pound over the whole of the Riding. OMATA TJ DING.—A General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound over the .Town District of St. Aubyn; a General Rate of Five Farthings in the Pound over the outlying district recently under the jurisdiction of the Barrett, Omata, ana Upper Hurford Road Boards; a Separate Rate of Three-eighths of a Penny, in the Pound, and a Hospital Rate of One-twelfth of a Penny in the Pound over the whole of the Riding, including the Town District of St. Aubyn. HURWOIITH RIDING. - A General Rate of a Halfpenny in the Pound and a Hospital Rate of One-twelfth of a Penny in the Pound.
