ROBBERS KILL THREE MEN. AN EXCITING CHASE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. New York, June 20. A tragedy similar to the Waltham-, stow, England, affair of January 1900, occurred at Lynn, Massachusetts! where three Poles shot and killed Thomas Landregan, a shoe manufacturer, and also killed a policeman, and then fled with four thousand dollars of workers' wages. Workers and police, pursuing, were fired at continuously. Ultimately, two of the robbers, who fought a duel with the police, were killed and dangerously wounded respectively. The third was arrested after a sharp encounter, and was identified as Landregan's murderer, and as belonging to a gang which terrorised the Jamaica Plain, Boston, in 1908, when two men \vere killed.
