MOISTURE IN BUTTER. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne. June 27. A letter received from a London butter firm contains an analysis of a shipment of butter from Melbourne, which showed moisture ranging from 15.5 to 19.5 per cent. The firm declares that it will not bvv another ounce of butter until the matter has been altered. The letter adds: "You will find other operators taking the same action. Uhe is only one remedy—to imprison offenders."
