SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. D. C. Bates' weather summary and forecast: The barometer has fallen everywhere, and low in the south, but it commenced to rise fast at the Bluff at 9 o'clock today. Unsettled cloudy and humid weather has been experienced generally,! ■with heavy rain on Sunday night. Inj the South, northerly winds, strong to a gale, have prevailed. The present indications are for a further fall in the north for a few hours, but a rising barometer elsewhere, and in all parts, probably by to-morrow evening, with winds changing bv west to southerly, strong to a gale, everywhere. Rain is probable generally, and colder weather shortly.
