The "hockey match for the New ZeaI land Championship Shield between WelI lington and Ha wire's Bay was won by Wellington by 2 goals to 1. WELLINGTON v. WAIRARAPA (LAMES). The ladies' match Wellington v. Wairarapa ended in a draw of 4 goals each. MANAWAfTU v. WANGANUI. Wanganni, Last Night. A representative hockey match on Saturday afternoon resulted: Manawatu 4, Wanganui 3, after a very interesting game.
