(To the Editor.) Sir,—Can nothing be done to bring our bakers,into line with other places? I noticed this last week, in Palmerston, bread ticketed up in bakers' and grocers' shops at 2 1 / A and 3d the 211) loaf, and 5d and fid the 41b loaf. WhiJe believing in the principle of "Live and let live," this difference of 3d in a loaf of bread is too great. It is too rough on large families.—l am, etc., COUNTRY FARMER.
